Everyone with a care level (Pflegegrad) who lives at home is entitled to it. We are an approved service under § 45b SGB XI, so you can spend it directly with us.

Who?
Anyone with a care level from 1 to 5 who is cared for at home, whether they get care allowance (Pflegegeld) or use a home care service (Pflegedienst).
What for?
Help around the house, going with you to the doctor, walks, doing things together and companionship, which is exactly what we offer.
Good to know
Unused money doesn’t disappear straight away.
If you don’t use the relief amount every month, it builds up. Any unused balance from one year can still be used until 30 June of the following year. Many people have several hundred euros saved up this way without knowing it.

How does payment work?
1. You receive our invoice and the amount is collected by SEPA direct debit.
2. We submit the invoice to your care insurance (Pflegekasse) for you.
3. Your care insurance pays the amount back to you.
